With over three decades in custom home building, Rob brings a wealth of experience, craftsmanship, and attention to detail to every project he manages. His background covers all aspects of construction, from framing and structural work to detailed interior and exterior trim and custom cabinetry built to architectural specifications. As a Senior Project Manager at Scherr, Rob values the teamwork and collaboration that go into each home. He takes pride in delivering high-quality finishes and believes that strong communication and trust are the foundation of every successful project. Outside of work, Rob enjoys live music, biking, fly fishing, and spending time with friends and family.

Craig Sakowski is a project manager with nearly a decade of construction management experience. With experience in both residential and commercial construction, Craig has overseen full community build outs as well as multi-million-dollar commercial projects. A native of Harford County, he now lives in York, PA with his wife, son, and dog. On weekends, he can often be found refereeing rugby around the country; a sport he joined while attending Calvert Hall.

Patrick Stahl began his career in the construction industry in 2021, bringing with him hands-on experience as both a Site Superintendent and Assistant Project Manager, as well as a strong foundation in framing. His passion for homebuilding was sparked early on by his uncle, a custom home builder, leading to a lasting interest in home improvement. As a Project Manager at Scherr Companies, Patrick values the collaborative team environment both in the office and on-site. He takes pride in the company’s craftsmanship and believes the quality of their work consistently speaks for itself. Originally from Baltimore and a graduate of Boys’ Latin, he enjoys time outside of work hunting and spending time with his two dogs, Natty and Miller.

Erica has been an essential part of the Scherr team since joining in 2024, managing our projects with efficiency and precision. Her multitasking abilities and organizational skills ensure smooth operations from start to finish. Outside of work, she is passionate about mentoring young athletes as the varsity softball coach at Park School in Baltimore County.

With over a decade of industry experience, Garrett has focused on cultivating strong client relationships and ensuring seamless project execution through effective communication and attention to detail since joining the Scherr team in 2024. A Bel Air, MD native, Garrett graduated from the York College of Pennsylvania with a degree in Engineering Management. While at York, he played four years of lacrosse, earning recognition as the 2014 CAC Rookie of the Year. Outside of work, Garrett enjoys hiking with his girlfriend and their dog, snowboarding, and spending quality time with friends.

Sean Hartig has been in the construction industry since 2016, with experience in all aspects of service from commercial contracting and residential development to project management and sales. Since joining Scherr in 2022, he has proven to be an adaptable asset to the team, delivering stellar customer service through his precision in project management and, currently, as a sales representative, excels in building strong relationships among local communities and championing Scherr Companies’ partnership-first approach and expertise in all things home.

A native of Forest Hill, MD, Sean enjoys relaxing at the beach, playing rugby and hitting the golf course. He’s also looking forward to becoming a first-time dad!

Jed has been immersed in the construction and remodeling industry since his early twenties, with experience spanning commercial facades, residential warranty projects, and high-end custom plumbing. His diverse background includes working on high-rise commercial projects, managing customer care initiatives and performing custom plumbing work throughout Baltimore and Harford counties. A lifelong Marylander based in Carroll County, Jed enjoys exploring the outdoors when he’s not at work.

Tari brings over 20 years of experience to Harbour Design with a background in cabinet design and project management. During her extensive career she has worked both on the manufacturing side as well as the dealer side; providing her a unique perspective of the industry. She has managed projects for national home builders, general contractors, remodelers and their homeowners. She enjoys taking a collaborative effort with all parties involved and is most times the key liaison keeping everyone “in the loop”. Outside of work Tari enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking and hosting dinner parties, going to the movies and enjoys jazz and music festivals.
